1.1 Returns and Exchanges

  • We offer product exchanges for items returned in an unused, sellable, and intact condition, with original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • Report missing items, wrong orders, or excess charges within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
  • We only accept returns for products purchased exclusively from the Supplementro website.
  • Third-party purchases or physical store buys are not eligible for returns.
  • Complete the returns form in the “My Account” section or email us at support@supplementro.in.
  • Allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing; our customer service team will vet the return and notify you via email or phone.

1.2 Terms & Conditions

  • Include a copy of the original invoice with returned products.
  • Each item can be exchanged once.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return any gifts or promotional products received with your order.
  • Sale items are final; no returns or exchanges.
  • If eligible, exchange for a product of equal or lesser value (no refunds).
  • Note: Colors may slightly vary based on your operating system.
